1. Eligibility for Returns

- The product must be free from damage, tampering, or alterations.
- A return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or confirmation email) must be provided.
For safety and quality reasons, opened or partially used bottles, or products damaged due to customer mishandling, are not eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Opened or consumed bottles
- Items purchased on clearance or final sale
- Products damaged due to heat, mishandling, or improper storage after delivery
- Digital products, if offered on the website
3. Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your claim, we may require:
- Photos or videos showing the issue
- The original packaging
- Courier slip or tracking information
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
4. Refund Process
If your return is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Processing time may vary by bank or payment provider (typically 5–10 business days).
- Shipping charges are generally non-refundable, unless the issue was our mistake.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be issued through bank transfer or store credit.
5. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product), we will cover the shipping costs.
For all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled and will fall under the standard return process.
7. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, it must first meet the return eligibility criteria. Once approved, we can issue a replacement product of equal value or apply credit toward another item.
